Explain the relationship between pore size and filtration rate?

Explain the relationship between pore size and filtration rate|||i don%26#039;t know if this has greater meaning than what i am thinking, but pores are %26quot;holes%26quot; traditionally, and filtration is a means of sifting in a sense.

given that logic, the larger the pore size the faster it might filter, but also would not filter out as many contaminants...just a thought, but seems to make sense

  1. Even though the pore enlarges to provide extra room for the oil to fllow out, the oil still can become trapped (especially around the nose) by dead skin cells. Once this occurs and the material (oil and skin cells) at the end of the clogged pore is exposed to the air, it oxidizes, forming a blackhead. Milda
