She has tiny pimple in the pore and the extractor does not remove them as i push they are just below the skin?

These are not white heads as it is softer and in each pore, as you push with the loop of the exctractor the white head will try and come out of the pore but is stuck under a thin layer of skin. how do i remove these or what is the cause|||Welcome to the world of Cystic Acne!

they can prescribe some pretty useful stuff.|||Probably just milia. Leave them alone.
