Thanks!|||I have never been to University in Singapore but two close friends live there (work in IT) They say it is a much more restrictive society than Aus. Many more rules and regulations and much mire regimented, so I suppose that the University system would follow on from that.
In Australia University for foreign students can be marvellous or a total waste of (a lot of) money. Ensure you attend a bona fide public University such as University of Sydney, University of Queensland, Monash University, Macquarie University, Uni of NSW.....
I would imagine that the standard of teaching in Singapore is very high, especially in Finance and IT as their economy is so successful in these areas. That may be something you wish to consider.
