Whiteheads are dead white blood cells that died while fighting the infectious bacteria and blackheads are trapped oil...the black on top is oxidized..thats why the underneath stuff is a different color. a lack of oxygen in the skin causes em. and no food has no effect..eat all the chocolate you want. Genetics and hormones have the blame for causing them. now these topical solutions only treat the problem thats on the surface not the underlying reason they are getting there. steam will help with the topical stuff, but i seriously recomend salicilic acid over benzoyl peroxide...and drink tons of water or green tea. now hydroquinone wont get rid of the pimple if you apply it only to the area that is red and inflamed (as long as it itsnt an open or crusty pimply that is) with a qtip it will reduce its visibility and make it less noticable. hydroquinone is often found as a fade cream...it does fade out acne scars. dont know what else to tell you unless you have a technical school that teaches cosmo or esthetics where you can get a facial..if they have an 8 in 1 machine then you can get it zapped with an electrode bulb and then it will go away in 24 hours and no it dont hurt.|||yes but it is very important to cleanse after, probably not in one day it might have improved though|||yea you can
