Do pore strips actually work?

Do pore strips work or do they leave indents or scarring on your face?

If they don%26#039;t work what does, don%26#039;t have that much money...

and if they do what kind should i use? Thanks!|||They will not leave indentations or scarring on your face. Pore strips adhere to the tip of the blackhead and pull the top off. Sometimes part of the debris in the pore can remain and in a few days it will just oxidize again and your will have another blackhead. If you want to get rid of the blackheads correctly, start by using a good exfoliant that contains Glycolic acid or Jojoba beads to loosen the filaments, then using gloves with fingers wrapped in cotton or tissue, push lightly on the sides of the blackhead and the debris should push right out. Dig too hard and you will scar yourself, if you don%26#039;t cover your fingers you can spread bacteria into the now empty pore and cause an infection or pimple.|||I bought a box and used them several times, but they never did much for me... on the other hand, my boyfriend has used them and he gets the whole %26quot;porcupine effect%26quot; thing going. I guess it just depends on the size of your pores and how dirty they are.. he is the type of person who can scratch at the blackheads with his fingernails and they%26#039;ll come out, whereas I have to do like the first person who answered your question suggested. Good luck.|||They don%26#039;t really pull much out to be honest. I suggest if you have blackheads, you steam your face so your pores are really open, and squeeze. Then moisturise afterwards and there aren%26#039;t any marks at all, as long as you don%26#039;t break the skin!!|||They are an absolute waste of money. Exfoliate the face twice a week with a scrub instead.
