Which S'pore mobile subscriber has the lowest ougoing IDD to ASEAN countries~SingTel, M1, or StarHub?
Peak and/or off-peak periods|||Star hub is having the best coverage area in the singapore. so i think you should go for it. Despite the price of the IDD calls because the Starhub gives off price too to certain IDD countries
