I'm looking for a pore concealer that actually works?

I have very large pores on my nose cheeks. I%26#039;ve tried numerous products which don%26#039;t do a very good job at concealing them. I was told Dr. Brandt%26#039;s Pores No More was the best, but it didn%26#039;t work for me. Anyone know of a product that really does conceal large pores?|||Try splashing your face with cold water then applying foundation, I have this same problem.
