i used them but nothing really comes off of it. and i know i have stuff on my nose cause i pop them all the time. and then after i pill it off i can still pop stuff off my nose. it does like nothing. but i see other people when they rip it off and there is all kinds of SH** hellp?|||Here%26#039;s what I do, it works perfect for me.
1. Wash your face with a scrub and warm water, to open your pores.
2. take out the nose strip and stick it on, rub it on with your fingers so that it sticks completely to your skin (especially where your nose hits your face, the crease)
3. leave it for longer than the box says, it usually says 10 minutes, but sometimes it doesn%26#039;t dry that fast. leave it on for 20-30 minutes, until its totally firm.
4. To take it off, SLOWLY rip from the edges, you can do one side with one hand and the other with the other hand, at the same time. Don%26#039;t rip it, do it very carefully.
This seems to always work for me,
the key is opening your pores before you stick it on so that the blackheads come out.
