Do deep pore facials really work?

I have a lot of clogged pores that nothing seems to help. Are extractions safe when done by a licensed aesthetician? Will they clear my skin or will they damage my pores? Anyone done this before? Thanks.|||Extractions are good for the skin as it rids the pores of the many whiteheads and blackheads the embed themselves. If your aesthetician is using something as ridiculous as a manual extractor, then your skin will never be %26quot;clear%26quot;. I wasted $80 on a facial and was pissed at the results of one of those. I recommend a facial that uses a machinated extractor for a thorough job!
