thankyou%26lt;3|||you most definitely can! astringent then toner :)|||Yeah wash your face first and then put the toner on. They both do different things but cleanser is more important than toner. Assuming that this %26#039;astringent%26#039; is a cleanser. . .|||i would use one or the other. too much product can strip your skin and possibly make acne worse.
