Zane, if money is an issue, why don%26#039;t you check out the local shelters in your area and volunteer to help feed and water and walk the dogs that are there?
You get to see what it entails to have to take care of another life. You also get the benefit of playing with the dogs and the dogs will get the benefit of a good kid with a big heart to show them some affection and attention.|||idk|||i agree with poynergo and dream thats a great idea.... good luck...|||I go to your school zane and I have 1 dalmation,2Chihuahuas, 4 boxers,and 3 german shepords.|||You are saying you cant afford a dog but want a dog to play with in Oklahoma? I would recommend someone that is giving away free puppies where i picked mine up but it cost money to take care of them. Have you ever thought about the costs of shots, food and toys and time to take care of it?|||volunteer at your local humane shelter. They need people to walk the dogs, socialize the cats, and general help|||I totally agree with dream. you can volunteer at your local shelter or a rescue group. They will be happy to have more volunteers.
