A pimple that has a closed pore?

a couple of days ago I got a zit that seems to be bigger than usual. It%26#039;s starting to swell up, looks like it%26#039;s going to start gathering puss,but my pore looks closed up. is there something i can put on that can speed up the process so i can pop it out and let it be?|||get a towel and run it under hot hot hot water for awhile the put it on the zit to open the pore---u cant see the pore but its there and heat opens them up|||pop her!
